Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased. Handmade, custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping location, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates, tracking issues, or delivery concerns.

If you need help locating tracking information, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and help make it right when appropriate.

Digital Products

Digital products, including PNG files, templates, printables, graphics, and instant downloads, are delivered electronically.

No physical item will be shipped for digital products unless clearly stated in the product description.

After purchase, you will receive access to download your files through the email or download link provided at checkout.
