Digital Products

For digital downloads, PNG files, templates, graphics, and printable items, all sales are final because these files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Once a digital product has been purchased, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and help make it right when appropriate.

Important Notes

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, monitor brightness, or printing differences.

For handmade, custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, small variations may occur and are not considered defects.
